Cancellation Terms
If, having already registered for the
Caucasus 2010 Business Conference
you are unable to attend, you must advise the Event Office in writing of your cancellation to the e-mail:
cancel@caucasusconference.com
Alternatively, you may nominate a replacement by writing to the
Caucasus 2010 Business Conference
event office giving your replacements name, title, full address and contact details. The Organizer, however, reserves the right not to invite the nominated replacements.
GUESTS WHO PAY A REGISTRATION FEE :
If, having registered to attend the
Caucasus 2010 Business Conference
you cancel your registration on or before
22 March, 2010
and you have paid your fees in full by credit card or Bank / Wire Transfer, you will receive a refund of those paid fees minus
USD 100.00
.
For cancellations received after
22 March, 2010
and for non-arrival at the
Caucasus 2010 Business Conference
, no refunds will be issued and the full registration fee will still be due.
Please note that the registration fee is for the entire duration of the Caucasus Business Conference and no refunds will be given in whole, or in part.
If you are only available to attend part of the event, please also note that the registration fee cannot be shared if you and a colleague wish to attend on different days of the Meeting.
Payment is due upon registration. Registration is valid upon receipt of payment in full. Participation and inclusion in publications are only confirmed upon such receipt.
Organizers will provide an official letter of invitation only to the delegates that have paid for their registrations in full.
The Organizers, however, reserve the right to proof the eligibility of organizations and the delegates before invoicing the participation fee in order to maintain the highest standards of quality and activity.
In order to avoid delay with processing your payment note the organization name which you use for

on the bank transfer and send a copy of the transfer confirmation with copy of your Registration Forms to the
